Your chef handles the grocery shopping, prepares your meals in your kitchen, packages everything for easy reheating, and leaves your kitchen clean.

Each service includes personalized menu planning, grocery shopping, in-home meal preparation, packaging and storage of your meals, and complete kitchen cleanup. Your chef takes care of the details so you can enjoy fresh, home-cooked meals without the planning, shopping, cooking, or cleanup.

Our service is designed around your household and the amount of food you’d like prepared. Most clients begin with three meals per week, with the option to add additional meals and portions. Your chef will then create menus within those preferences, with plenty of variety from week to week.

Yes. Personalization is at the heart of Your Rx Meals. We can tailor menus around food preferences, allergies, intolerances, and many dietary needs. We’ll discuss your household’s specific needs during your initial consultation so your chef can plan meals that work for you.

Our standard weekly service begins with three meals, with approximately four servings of each. Additional meals and portions can be added to create the right amount of food for your household and your week.

Not necessarily. Many clients choose to provide their chef with access to the home so meals can be prepared while they’re at work or out for the day. We’ll arrange access and scheduling based on what feels most convenient and comfortable for you.

We understand that plans change. Because each cooking day is reserved specifically for your household, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
